For vehicles within 5-10 miles of Trop Stop Gas & Car Wash, our fleet fueling solution is among the best for security, cost savings, and customer service.

We welcome fleets, big and small, to make an appointment to customize our solution to their needs!

vehicle cards

  • Our Vehicle Cards are assigned to each of your vehicles and dictates the fuel grade. The wrong fuel grade will NEVER be authorized!
  • The driver is prompted for the odometer during the transaction, a valuable piece of data
  • With the size of the tank, we are able to cap the dollar amount per transaction
  • You can even dictate which days and times the cards will work!

drivercards

  • Each driver will get their own 4 digit pin protected Driver Card.
  • Both the Vehicle and Driver Card must be present to complete a transaction
  • You can set the schedule for your drivers to fill and give us any special instructions you may have
  • Trop Stop’s Fleet Cards are FUEL ONLY. NO BEER OR SNACKS CAN BE CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
  • Our entire staff is trained in fleet fueling- you are in good hands!

datareporting

  • A detailed daily fuel report will automatically send to your preferred email address at 4 a.m. in Excel spreadsheet format.
  • The data shown on the report will include Date/Time Stamp, Driver Name, Vehicle ID, Odometer, Fuel Grade, Gallons, Price Per Gallon, and Total Dollars.

  • If you have any questions or concerns about a specific transaction, send us an email, and we will quickly provide you a still shot or video footage. You are always welcome to view it in our office as well!
  • We can triangulate any transaction using our integrated Camera and POS Systems.
  • Our promise to you is that you will only ever pay for the fuel you get. There is NO opportunity for fraud on your account.
